To be a good wedding photographer you have to have a great rapport with the bride and groom. You also need a huge range of photography skills and technique. One minute you’re creating stunning images of the bride, the next you’re capturing bridesmaids having a little chat with grandma. I love wedding photography. It’s a happy day.
Portraits
A portrait marks a significant event, a birthday, an anniversary. Taking portraits light up my day. Heavily invested in black and white, and working hard to find the light, my portraits tell your story. I like portraiture even more than I like weddings. And that’s a lot. I’m working on a fine art series of portraits exploring how the light falls on the faces of my friends.
